Chapter 01 · Delivered

Menstrual Health & Dignity

A pack of pads is the difference between a school day and a lost one.

Sanitary pad distribution in government schools across multiple districts of Telangana, delivered with menstrual-hygiene awareness sessions for students and teachers.

What it cost: ₹4,50,000; Approx. spend across Year 1 (₹2,50,000) and Year 3 (₹2,00,000).
What was delivered: · Sanitary pads procured and distributed in government schools
· Menstrual-hygiene awareness sessions run alongside every distribution
· Scaled to additional districts in Year 3

What we learned

Access works better when dignity and understanding travel together. Where the awareness session happened first, the supplies were actually used.

Potential next phase

Return to the same schools on a schedule instead of arriving once, and bring teachers into the conversation earlier.

Chapter 02 · Delivered

Learning Materials for School Children

A handwriting book and a grammar book, in the hands that need them.

Printing and distribution of handwriting and English grammar books for government school children, including transportation and school outreach.

What it cost: ₹2,00,000; Approx. Year 1 spend on printing, purchase, transport and school outreach.
What was delivered: · Handwriting and English grammar books printed and purchased
· Delivered directly to government schools
· Outreach with teachers on how the books are used in class

What we learned

A workbook is only as useful as the teacher who knows what to do with it. Delivering the books ourselves is what let us ask that question.

Chapter 03 · Delivered

Nutrition Kits for Tribal Families

Grains, pulses and fortified food, carried to where the road ends.

Procurement and distribution of nutrition kits — grains, pulses and fortified foods — in tribal belts of Telangana, including packaging and remote-area transport.

What it cost: ₹5,50,000; Approx. spend across Year 2 (₹3,00,000) and Year 3 (₹2,50,000).
What was delivered: · Nutrition kits procured and packed for tribal households
· Distribution extended to more tribal villages in Year 3
· Transport and logistics to remote habitations covered in full

What we learned

In the tribal habitations we serve, a nutrition kit is not a supplement to the diet. Some months it is the diet — so a single round changes very little.

Repeat rounds in the same households and connect families to the entitlements they already qualify for.

Chapter 04 · Delivered

Supplements for Expectant Mothers

Two safe pregnancies for the price of one hospital emergency.

Distribution of essential supplements and vitamins to pregnant women, with medical guidance and outreach through local health workers.

What it cost: ₹5,00,000; Approx. spend across Year 2 (₹2,50,000) and Year 3 (₹2,50,000).
What was delivered: · Essential supplements and vitamins procured for expectant mothers

What we learned

Supplements reach a mother easily. What is harder, and what matters more, is the documentation and scheme access around her.

Add health-scheme navigation and referral support so the support does not end with the packet.

Chapter 05 · Delivered

Awareness & Rural Training

The session that changes what a village does next season.

Social awareness programs and skill-development sessions in rural areas — venue, training materials, facilitators, refreshments and travel, all covered by us.

What it cost: ₹3,00,000; Approx. spend across Year 1 (₹2,00,000) and Year 2 (₹1,00,000).
What was delivered: · Awareness and training programs conducted in rural areas
· Skill-development and awareness sessions for rural communities
· Facilitators, materials and travel funded in full

What we learned

Every rural session arrived at the same moment: a woman who could run a household on almost nothing had never been shown what a bank, an interest rate or a price actually was.

Turn one-off sessions into a structured curriculum with the same group, ending in capability rather than attendance.

Chapter 06 · Delivered

Disaster & Emergency Relief

300 grocery kits, delivered while the water was still going down.

Rapid relief for families hit by disaster. In September 2025, during the Hyderabad floods, we delivered 300 grocery kits at ₹3,500 each to affected households.

What it cost: ₹10,50,000; 300 grocery kits × ₹3,500 per kit — Hyderabad floods, September 2025.
What was delivered: · 300 grocery kits delivered to flood-affected families
· ₹3,500 per kit, fully funded by the trustees
· Response mounted during the September 2025 Hyderabad floods

What we learned

During the September 2025 Hyderabad floods we delivered 300 grocery kits at ₹3,500 each. Help moved fastest where somebody local already knew which households were most at risk.

Build local preparedness and volunteer groups before the next crisis, not during it.
