We are a small, privately funded foundation in Telangana with an unusual starting position for a CSR partner: every programme we have run so far — approximately ₹30.5 lakh — was paid for by our own founders, procured against invoices and delivered by our own team. There is no legacy of inflated numbers to reconcile.
What a proposal from us contains.

- Defined with the community before a budget is written, not after.
- Geography
- Telangana. Government schools, tribal habitations and rural households we already reach.
- Beneficiaries
- Identified and counted by our own team, with records you can inspect.
- Intervention
- Procurement, delivery and training — the model we already run with trustee money.

- Line-item, with unit costs taken from our invoices, not from sector averages.
- Timeline
- Round-based, with dates for procurement, delivery and reporting.
- KPIs
- Agreed in writing before the first rupee moves. Only measurable items.
- Monitoring
- Field visits by our own staff; you are welcome on any of them.
- Reporting
- Spend against invoices, delivery records, photographs with consent.
- Governance
- Trustee oversight, board minutes, and annual accounts.
- Compliance
- CSR-1 registered (CSR00116765), income-tax registered u/s 332(8) with donation approval u/s 354(4), NITI Aayog Darpan listed — signed certificates downloadable at /transparency/tax-compliance.

Case study — Hyderabad floods, September 2025
300 grocery kits at ₹3,500 each — ₹10,50,000 — procured, packed and delivered to flood-affected families. Unit cost, count and total are all invoiced and available on request. This is the level of evidence every CSR round with us will carry.
All amounts are approximate, taken from our program expenditure notes for the last three financial years. Audited financials and registration certificates are shared on request. Ujjwala Foundation accepts donations in accordance with its applicable Indian registrations and legal eligibility. We are not currently accepting foreign contributions.
