The problem

In villages where a girl is still married off before Grade 10, we are building a quieter revolution — 32 after-school learning centres where a child stays till 6 pm, does her homework, and learns to code.

Only 47% of rural girls in our operating districts finish Grade 10. Government schools have one teacher for 62 children. First-generation learners have no one at home to help with homework.

Our approach

How we work.

Learning centres

32 after-school centres open 4–7 pm, six days a week, staffed by trained local teachers.

Digital classrooms

16 solar-powered smart-classes with Byju's & Khan Academy licences — bridging the rural-urban EdTech gap.

Girl-child scholarships

Full-cost scholarships (uniform, books, transport, exam fees) for 340 first-generation girls.

Parent circles

Monthly meetings with mothers to shift the family conversation from marriage to Grade 12.

A life changed

"I want to be the first doctor from my village."

Ananya's mother never went to school. Today Ananya is in Grade 8, tops her class, and codes in Scratch on the smart-class board every Tuesday. She has a scholarship until Grade 12 and a mentor in Hyderabad.
