Know your worth. Know your money. Know your power.

Stage 03 — Coming next
Our first six programmes were funded by our own trustees, so nobody had to take our word for whether we could deliver. Here, work ready for a future funded round is kept separate from ideas that are still in design.
Built from work we have delivered before. Final scale and targets appear only after trustee approval.
Don't just give her support. Give her capability.
05 Women
One illness should never wipe out a family's years of sacrifice.
01 Health, Water & Sanitation
Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not.
02 Learning
A girl's future should be bigger than the circumstances she was born into.
05 Women
A woman should understand where her money comes from, where it goes and what it can become.
05 Women
Poverty is not only having less money. It is having no room when something goes wrong.
03 Livelihood
Nutrition is the cheapest medicine we have ever bought.
01 Health, Water & Sanitation
These ideas are still being shaped. They are not presented as active campaigns and do not yet carry a funding target.
A skill only changes a household on the day someone pays for it.
05 Women
Most young people here are not short of ability. They are short of one door being opened.
04 Youth
Sometimes a student doesn't need someone to solve their whole life. They need one person to remove the obstacle in front of the next step.
02 Learning
Potential is wasted when nobody knows how to turn it into a plan.
04 Youth
For a small farmer, one failed season can become a family's debt.
06 Agriculture
Something as ordinary as drinking water shapes a child's health, attendance and ability to learn.
01 Health, Water & Sanitation
For a rural family, an animal may be food, income, savings and security at the same time.
07 Animals
A village doesn't need one good day. It needs years of coordinated decisions.

The week after a disaster is decided long before the disaster arrives.

Most fundraising pages open with a target. We would rather open with a plan. Every program on this page publishes the human problem, what we intend to do and what your support pays for. Targets, amounts raised and amounts remaining appear only once our trustees have approved a costed plan for that program — and then they appear in full, including what is still missing.
