The problem

A three-month cohort. A tool-kit at graduation. A guaranteed placement or seed capital. We do not train for a certificate — we train for a first salary and a signed offer.

Landless rural youth earn ₹4,800 a month as daily-wage labour, with no security and no growth. 82% migrate to cities within three years. Their families fracture.

Our approach

How we work.

01

Six trades

Tailoring, dairy, driving, mobile-repair, beautician, and solar-tech — chosen by district demand surveys.

02

Three-month cohorts

300 hours of hands-on training, taught by industry practitioners, in fully-equipped village centres.

03

Placement or seed

Every graduate gets a placement offer OR ₹15,000 seed capital plus tool-kit to start their own micro-enterprise.

04

6-month mentoring

A weekly call with a paired industry mentor for the first six months on the job.

A life changed

"I earned ₹4,800. Today I earn ₹22,000 and I employ two boys from my village."

Ravi was a farm-hand. After our three-month mobile-repair cohort, he set up a shop in Suryapet town. Two years in, he has hired two graduates from the next cohort and rents a proper storefront.
