Telangana's dry belts are cracking. We are teaching regenerative practice, funding drip lines, and organising smallholders into FPOs that finally negotiate their own price.
Small farmers spend 40% of gross on chemical inputs. Borewells run dry every third year. A single failed monsoon can wipe out a family's savings and push them to migrate.
